The SCANPAN Impact high quality stainless steel steamer is multi size to fit all of your 16cm, 18cm and 20cm saucepans and pots. Steaming is a very healthy and effective method of cooking and surprisingly fast, whilst still retaining all of the goodness in the food (especially vegetables) that you are preparing. Oven-safe to 220/250°C with/without lid.
The cast stainless steel handles are designed to stay cooler for longer and are secured with internal stainless steel rivets for added strength. The drip-free pouring rim minimises mess, internal capacity marks allow for quick measuring, and tempered glass lids let you view food without lifting the lid, ensuring fuss-free cooking.
